This episode explores how you can use mindfulness to make more meaningful connections with yourself and others. We look at the impact and prevalence of loneliness in our society and practical steps that we can take in order to connect with one another. We look at the some of the challenges that people may face when they are managing depression or mental illness and the importance of listening and supporting each other. Following the talk there is a guided meditation with a focus on gratitude.
