Jessy Fenyves

MA, LCMHCA

Hi, I’m Jude Johnson, MA, LMFT and I help people who long to find peace of mind and more enjoyment in life, yet feel buried under stress, uncertainty, indecisiveness or dread. Does your life feel hectic and overstretched with competing demands at home, work and relationships? Does your stress leave you feeling disappointed, frustrated, fatigued, stuck or worried? I’m a counselor and a meditation teacher with extensive mental health experience spanning over twenty years.  I provide a safe environment that is non-judgmental, understanding, and compassionate to each person I serve.

I believe you deserve a life that inspires authenticity, creativity, connection and compassion. I know from my experience with mindfulness and counseling that facing my stress head on is challenging and can really conjure up feelings of being overwhelmed and despondent. Perhaps you avoid your stress by going on a Netflix binge, staying in bed for extended hours, or anxiously replaying multiple worst case scenarios. Regardless of how you manage stress, I am confident that my experience and skill set can help you effectively find relief from stress, improve your sense of well-being, and find more enjoyment in life.

My clients are happy to discover that seeking perfection stunts our growth and that embracing our imperfections with compassion allows us to learn, grow and heal. “When I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl Rogers. I believe that it takes courage to reach out for help and that this simple act of self-compassion can become a catalyst for real and lasting change.

If you are ready to take the first step in discovering your sense of peace and ease in life, please call or email:
