This episode explores the value of seeking out support when we are caught in stress and doubting our self-worth. While we can strive to manage stress on our own, sometimes, being wise, means being vulnerable . I also explore how to use mindful observation to step outside of your negative stream of thoughts. There will be a brief guided reflection to help you be the observer of your experience, rather than believing all of the negative thoughts you have. Following the talk there will be a guided meditation.
