This introductory session with help you get acquainted with the practice of mindfulness-meditation and give you an overview of the course. You will learn how this course can improve your quality of life and what to expect over the span of the course. Recorded meditations and home practices will be provided for each class through online links via email. CDs are also available if needed. The meditation that will learned are as follows: Body-scan, awareness of breath, standing yoga, lying down yoga, sitting meditation, walking meditation, loving-kindness, mountain, lake and choiceless awareness.
