4-Week Online Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Course REGISTER HERE

The Mindfulness and Stress Reduction course is an abbreviated course designed to give you the foundational tools to develop a mindfulness meditation practice.  The Mindfulness and Stress Reduction course will be interactive and provide many of the core components of MBSR and is for those who are unable to make a longer time commitment.  You can learn and practice mindfulness in the comfort of your own home by attending this live training through online Zoom platform.

This course consists of 4 sessions (7 hours of instruction/guided practices)

Weekly emails with home practices and mp3 guided meditations

Additional email support to answer questions and work with challenges

Playback will be available for 6 days following the close of each class.  It is very important to attend the last class, however if you must miss there will be an audio recording. You will have permanent access to the guided mediations provided via email.

This course is being offered at the discounted price of $97, however if you are unable to afford this amount you are welcome to reach out to me directly at jude@akeenmind.com to inquire about a sliding scale as it is my intention to provide this course to anyone regardless of income.

MBSR-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course Information

The FREE introductory session is a time to learn more about mindfulness, including the benefits, risks and how this course is structured over the 8 weeks that follow.  The session will allow you an opportunity to experience a guided meditation and ask questions about the course and register if you choose.

The cost of the course is on a suggested sliding scale, $250 for low income, $350 for Medium Income and $450 for high income.  People with low income who need to pay less than $250 are not turned away, so the class can be accessible for everyone.

If you are intrested in taking the MBSR course please look over this schedule ahead of time to make sure you are able to attend all the classes if you should decide to sign up.

If you register you will be asked for you cell phone number as well as some folks mistakenly put in the incorrect email and I am unable reach out if there are changes.  I will not be calling unless I am unable to reach you via email.
